Engine 27 is a 1991 Pierce Dash pumper. It features a 6 man cab, a 2,000 GPM Waterous pump and a 1,000 gallon steel water tank. A 6V92 Detroit Diesel motor powers Engine 27, which also utilizes an HT740 Automatic Allison transmission. Engine 27 was purchased from Domestic Fire Apparatus for a cost of $192,000.
